HOW FAST?

Think you were sailing fast out there today?

Now you can find out exactly how fast by using one of our 5 Garmin G.P.S. units to record your speed, distance and other sailing data.

You can sign them out at Tropical North Surf Shop and record your top speeds in our Speed Journal.

This year we're competing with the Toronto Windsurfing Club to see which club has the fastest sailors.

Results will be posted online throughout the season. Stay tuned.

SPRING PARTY AT WICKIE'S PUB ON ARPIL 17TH

Mark next Saturday, April 17, on your Calendar!

Join us at Wickie's Pub in Barrie for our annual pre-season pary. We have the back room reserved from 6-10, so come on out and have dinner (we'll be ordering indvidually from the Wickie's menu), shoot some pool and get together with the local windriding community.

Wickie's is located at 274 Burton Avenue in Barrie:

- general meeting of the Barrie Windriders (formerly Barrie Windsurfing Association);

- information about the upcoming trip to Cape Hatteras;

- news about Barrie Windriders events for the upcoming season;

Please join us for a fun evening and renew your membership so we can continue to promote windsurfing/kitesurfing and protect the interests of local windriders.
